Focus on the positions assumed by the Newsweek writers themselves, especially their assumptions about the nature of the overall US projects in Iraq and Vietnam. Almost every word of this article assumes false, completely reversed, descriptions of the US projects in both places, descriptions that Newsweek would not assume if some other country were doing the same project.
